§1Data controller

§2What we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect: your name, company name, email address, optionally a phone number and any event details you provide. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

§3How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of our conversation and then for no longer than 12 months, unless we start working together — in that case for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

§4Who receives the data

The form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our mailbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service. We never sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

§5Cookies and statistics

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. For visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify users. In your browser storage (sessionStorage) we only keep a technical flag noting whether the intro animation has been shown.

Fonts are served from our own server — the site does not connect to Google Fonts.

§6Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
